With over 23 years of experience in the injection molding industry, I’ve developed a specialized skill set focused on setup, processing, and tool maintenance, with a strong emphasis on automotive applications. My career is grounded in a Tool and Die Red Seal background, which has equipped me with advanced knowledge of mold design, repair, and troubleshooting. Currently, I serve as a Setup and Tooling Supervisor in Low Pressure Structural foam Injection Molding, where I supervise tooling operations and oversee molding setup to ensure optimal performance and quality standards. My expertise spans across the complete molding process, from mold installation to troubleshooting and fine-tuning, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality requirements. Throughout my career, I've also worked extensively as an injection molding set up, process technician and an Injection Mold Repair Technician, honing my ability to identify and resolve complex mold issues quickly and effectively. I am driven by the challenge of maintaining high production efficiency while ensuring precision and quality, and I take great pride in mentoring teams to uphold these standards.
