About Brad Fore

As a Quality Engineer at Woodbridge, I focus on enhancing manufacturing process efficiency and maintaining robust quality management systems. Leveraging expertise in ISO standards, I contribute to ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards while supporting internal audits and documentation. As a retiree, I was previously located at Shell Oil's Houston Lubricant Plant. This plant produces 130M+ gallons of lubricants annually with a revenue of over $1.1B. I was responsible for the plant's compliance to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and This includes managing the Intergraded Managment System for all standards, documentation review and ownership, CORE tools, incident investigation and problem solving. Throughout my 26 years with Shell, I also managed a production team of 8 employees that produced on average 25 million gallons of oil a year. As a Regional Associate Product Manager that managed the Coolant, Leisure Marine, Exhaust Oil and Railroad Oil portfolios for North and South America. As a laboratory supervisor I was responsible for bill of materials, maintenance and calibrations. And was an operator that worked all aspects of production.
