About Brad Haley

Senior Biologist and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in managing projects and conducting biological surveys, impact analyses, and biological compliance monitoring. Project highlights include work on: infrastructure (flood control, highways, pipelines, and transmission lines), alternative energy (solar and waste-to-energy plants), and development (residential, commercial, and institutional), as well as various projects throughout all southern California military installations, and work throughout Caltrans Districts 6, 7, 8, and 9. He holds several CDFW and USFWS permits for conducting surveys for various sensitive small mammals in southern California (Mohave ground squirrel), listed vernal pool Branchiopods (fairy shrimp), and sensitive plants. He prepares Biological Technical Reports, Biological Assessments, and Natural Environment Studies. He also prepares the biological resources sections for Environmental Impact Reports/Statements, Initial Studies/Mitigated Negative Declarations, and Environmental Assessments (EAs). Has successfully worked with a number of public, private, and government agencies, including: SANDAG, Caltrans, Southern California Edison (SCE), San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG & E), Riverside County Transportation Department (RCTD), Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC), Olivenhein Municipal Water District, Camp Pendleton, Fallbrook Naval Weapons Station, Fort Irwin, Naval Base Coronado, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, and Edwards Air Force Base), San Bernardino County Flood Control District, County of Imperial, and the Cities of San Diego, Chula Vista, National City, Imperial Beach, Poway, and Rialto.
