I’ve successfully led cross-functional transformation programs in sectors including financial services, manufacturing, and digital technology, implementing Lean and Agile methodologies to drive measurable impact. My work includes optimising complex operational frameworks, enhancing client experience, embedding continuous improvement cultures, and advising on new market entries for multinational companies across Sub-Saharan Africa.
