About Brad Hoffman

Brad Hoffman joined Emergenetics International in 2008. As Director of Global Operations, Brad is responsible for managing internal operations for both the North American and European regions. Prior to this role he served as General Manager, and previously as Vice President of Projects where he led the team responsible for the company’s ESP, eLearning, and Power of WE programs. He has led workshops and trained organizations around the world in how to hire more effectively using ESP. He was also responsible for coordinating the development and rollout of Emergenetics+, the company’s first mobile app. Prior to joining Emergenetics International, Brad spent three years working at a financial company based in Charlottesville, VA. He graduated from Eastern Mennonite University with a degree in Liberal Arts. While attending he spent time in Europe and West Africa as a part of study abroad and choral programs. Brad loves traveling and lived in Guatemala from 2006-2007 and worked at a Spanish immersion school. He and his wife Kristen are the proud parents of two daughters, Adelyn and Charlotte. Specialties: Hiring and selection, hiring assessments, in-house training for the Emergenetics Selection Profile (ESP), certified in ESP.
