I started with Cortelco in 1997. Initially I worked in Technical Support for the PBX side of Cortelco's business. I spent an equal amount of time in the PBX systems manufacturing area.staging and testing systems before shipment to the customer. Also assisting (when needed) in repairing customer equipment. For the last 4 years I was in charge of conducting training classes for the US Coast Guard on the eOn Millennium PBX and voicemail systems. In the summer of 2014, I took over as Regional Sales Manager for the northeast section of the USA. Since that time I have concentrated on promoting Cortelco's new LED lighting line of products as well as the traditional telecom products.
