About Brad Knuckey

I’ve never been satisfied with “good enough” which, for better or worse, has allowed me to learn and grown a lot over the years. I’ve always been keen on learning new things and opening my mind to different perspectives. It’s what drove me to explore the ropes of business on Prince Edward Island and undercover the differences of the business world from coast to coast. I’ve have continued to reshape my position with my desire to make live as easy as possible for employees, starting with leading project to eliminate paper waste and continued to analyze procedure to reduce time waste. So, what was the result of all this- Creating innovation to reducing and standardize reviews - Saving frontline staff multiple hours to reallocate to providing customer the best experience - Identify major gaps in training - Reducing exposure to FINTAC fines - Helping streamline processes - Ensuring employee are following established processes I constantly explore and analyze data to be help the organization and employees to create the easiest job possible. Overall, I have eliminated over 100 hours of administrative work for frontline staff allowing to provide the best experience for customer.
