As a partner in McGuireWoods' Financial Services Litigation Department and co-chair of our Appeals and Issues practice, I lead teams that handle all kinds of complex litigation. I’ve defended class actions in pretrial motions, at trial, and on appeal. I’ve also arbitrated before JAMS, and FINRA panels.
