In 2022, Clarus Leadership Partners (CLP) was founded, to pursue my passion for helping business leaders "unlock their greatness" and realize their desired success. I leverage my 14 years of CEO experience (learning from mistakes/successes) and Hudson Institute Coaching Certification to work with CEOs and C-Suite business leaders to find and overcome their true barriers to leadership growth. Those barriers may be a leadership development challenge like expanding executive presence, an inner critic limiting their thought process, a growth blind spot like delegating more effectively, a challenge with their boss or direct reports around accountability, determining the next phase of business growth they need to pursue but can't see. We then work together in a safe, supportive environment that also stretches them to identify the needed steps to unlock their greatness and be their best self as a leader. Having been in the CEO seat for 14 years, I know how valuable that environment is to truly achieve meaningful growth and how rare it is for an executive leader to find. This environment is created through: 1. Individual leader advising and coaching 2. Leadership team advising and coaching 3. Small group forums that leverage the collective intelligence of non-competitive peers At the core of my work is a set of values that guide my approach and interactions with others. These values include curiosity, listening, service, trustworthiness, authenticity, humility, and creativity. Before founding Clarus Leadership Partners, I had a very rewarding career in the medical device industry, spanning over 25 years. Most recently, I served as CEO of Breg, Inc, a specialty orthopedics medical device company, for 13+ years. During my tenure at Breg, I partnered with Water Street Healthcare Partners in 2012 to transition Breg from a subsidiary to a stand alone private equity-owned enterprise. The company transformed through 7 acquisitions and organic growth at twice the market rate from a niche player to a $250M+ revenue enterprise and the #2 market position in the US. This growth more than doubled the company's revenue and profits in 6 years.
