I have 30'years experience in retail Starting out as a Fruit & Veg assistant at the Echuca store in November 1988. last year I competed a six month relief with Woolies X as a Zone eCom lead in Victas for Zone 2 This role was from September 2020 to February 2021. This is a exciting challenge.Having a impact in how we can deliver and create a great shopping experience for our Online customers is very satisfying. I have been a Store Manager for Woolworths for the past nine years. Currently running the Woolworths Cobram store. This is a high volume store with a team of 150. I have had experience in dealing with store refurbishedments,Renewal stores recently taking the Echuca store through renewal from March 18 till July 18. I have experience in managing Resort stores which is our supermarkets in tourist towns that experience high uplifts during peak times due to increased customer traffic flow. I believe your team is key to your success I have good people skills and can work in high pressure situations. I consider myself a mentor more than a coach but I am working on my coaching skills. Can deal with internal and external stakeholders I enjoy retail food but I am open to change.
