About Brad Mayes

I focus on recruiting top talent for Commercial Contractor, Home Building, & Architecture Firms. We at Robert Hess Search Group have spent over 25 years as an Executive Search Firm dedicated to these industries adding value to our clients by introducing leaders to opportunities/environments where they can make an impact immediately and in the long-term. We acquire talent nationwide for urgent or confidential hiring needs where performance matters. Our deep vertical experience in the construction industry allows me to recruit world-class talent across a full-spectrum of operational functions to help increase my clients’ bottom line. Many of my placements come from referrals, so I know the value of connections and an active network. Our Search Firm specializes in permanent placements for Retained, Exclusive, and Contingency hiring needs. Our client companies vary from Start-ups to Fortune 100s. Whether you need to find the best talent to build your team or if you have a highly confidential search we can help. Outside of work, I am the happiest spending time with my wife and three children. I enjoy reading good books, watching movies, and trying new and unusual projects. My life's ambition is to always take on new challenges and strive to do them right instead of just the quick fix.
