About Brad McDaniel

After launching and exiting two start-ups in the past 5 years, I am now looking for my next challenge in sales or operations. I have decades of experience creating innovative approaches towards sales, marketing & operations that resulted in breakthrough results that disrupted the legacy industry - ranging from selling services, hardware and SaaS. These aren't exaggerations. Just ask me to tell you the stories or read the highlights below. With a track record as both a visionary strategist and skilled tactician, I shun the lofty corner office and instead prefer working alongside my teams, getting my hands dirty with the details that affect the final outcomes. From clearly defining the mission, vision and values of the project to the marketing funnels, sales scripts, copywriting, branding, technology workflow designs, comp plans, training manuals, scheduling, logistics, fulfillment, customer service, team culture…I aim to see everything that is either helping or restraining the team from hitting our goals. Whatever the task at-hand, my teams tend to rely on me to find the heart of the matter, find the way forward and then to rally everyone towards the exciting new future of what’s possible. Even more, my aim is to lead with a deep sense of humanity, dignity and meaning.
