Cameron McWaters is an accomplished Operations Executive with 16+ years’ experience driving profitability, company growth and client satisfaction; by developing strategic and innovative solutions that improve overall business performances and efficiencies. As Vice President of Operations and Financial Services for Contract Claims Services, Inc. for the past 9+ years’, Cameron has partnered with the client and claims team to create leading-edge customer and company support solutions in alignment with CCSI’s mission and goals. In this capacity, he has utilized a range of developed skills such as managerial accounting, leadership management, and operations analysis to determine best practices for CCSI’s receptionist, mailroom, clerical support, bill review, and financial services departments; as well as administrator for CCSI’s proprietary claims system (Vista) and imaging system (ImageRight).Cameron is essential in managing daily CCSI operations to deliver end-to-end client and claims support systems. While some of the operational departments are clear-cut (based on law or industry standards) like the receptionist, mailroom, clerical support and bill review, Cameron has developed client specific policy and procedures for each operational department; including financial services which coordinates domestic and international monetary transactions. With an idea of transparency for clients, Cameron has worked in association with other departments to develop a client portal which mirrors CCSI’s Vista and ImageRight systems to a read-only web based environment for client presentation.Cameron earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Phoenix in Oklahoma City. Previously, he was credited as a Certified Mediator with the State of Texas. Cameron is also a member of the National Associations of Accountants.When Cameron is not collaborating with clients and work; he enjoys playing piano, spending time with his 2 dogs and partner, cook and baking for friends and family, shopping and just being a home body.Cameron believes in a successful home and work life balance.
