Act as the project manager and primary contact for Empower during the conversion process. • Maintain project plan covering all aspects of the conversion process managing subject matter experts to implement successful conversions. • Responsible for the successful installation of new transfer and start-up retirement plan sales of high complexity, high assets and participant size. • Provide company representation during partner/field on site visits, scheduled meetings, and/or scheduled calls to discuss current issues, problems/solutions, and process changes. • Discuss service agreements, contracts, and product features with plan sponsors, financial advisors and third party administrators for suitability and comprehension of administrative duties. • Review plan provisions with plans electing internal compliance services to ensure accurate restatement of retirement plan documents. • Facilitate the transfer of plan assets and records through through written and verbal communication with prior providers, client contacts, and various internal departments. • Maintain established deadlines and timelines associated with transfer and start-up plan activity. • Assist with mentoring new employees on implementation processes and act as the go-to person on issues/problems of more junior members.
