About Brad Miser

As a pre-sales leader, I’m guided by the principles of extreme ownership and servant leadership to help my teams accomplish their missions. I’m very fortunate to lead teams of top-notch sales engineers and proposal writers who support multiple software and service products across a variety of industries. I am able to lead these teams because of my extensive experience in sales engineering and proposal management along with a strong background in account and implementation management, documentation development, and project management. In addition to my pre-sales career, I’ve written more than 60 books; while these books are on a variety of topics, they share a common theme, which is helping people quickly and easily take advantage of technology. I’ve written several best-sellers, including "My iPhone" and "My iPhone for Seniors." Whether as a pre-sales leader or as an author, I focus on helping people be better at what they do so they can be more successful.
