About Brad N.

As a Human Resources Training Development Manager at the Department of Defense (DoD), I leverage my 17 years of military experience and active secret security clearance to oversee the administrative, logistical, and operational aspects of Army training programs. I have a track record of ensuring accounting and reporting systems are maintained, performing cost-benefit analysis to identify vendors, providing technical guidance on the implementation of regulations and directives, and preparing and maintaining the yearly training plan. I have also honed my skills in project management, stress management, and coaching through my previous roles as a Military Information Support Operations Supervisor and a Military Personnel Manager. In these positions, I was responsible for the welfare and accountability of 30+ personnel, the development and evaluation of foreign campaign products and media, the processing and auditing of complex pay actions, and the training and advice of supported soldiers and units. I am passionate about empowering and enabling the Army to achieve its mission and goals through effective and efficient training.
