About Brad Osborn

Executive leader driving growth and innovation across imaging, managed IT, and cybersecurity — building people-first teams that outperform. I’m a technology industry executive with over three decades of experience helping organizations evolve through innovation, integrity, and customer-first leadership. For more than twenty years, I’ve served on executive advisory councils for global brands including Konica Minolta, Toshiba, Lexmark, and Samsung, offering strategic insight into market trends, product development, and customer engagement. When I joined Fruth Group in November 2011, we were a growing regional company with three locations under $8M. Today, our growth now places us in the $25M–$30M group with six locations and more than 100 employees—over 40 of whom I directly lead. Our Managed IT and Cybersecurity division has expanded from startup to the $6M–$10M group, and in 2023, Canon USA recognized Fruth Group as the dealership with the 3rd-largest year-over-year growth in the country. My leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership—developing people, not just processes. I focus on empowering team members to deliver measurable results while growing both personally and professionally. This approach has helped us build one of the most trusted, customer-centric technology teams in the region. Currently, I’m leading the development of a fully integrated Salesforce CRM platform connected with ECI eAutomate, Keypoint Intelligence QuoteIQ, and ConnectWise—a project slated for completion in 2025 that will redefine how our teams manage opportunities, automate processes, and market our services with precision.
