Previous jobs include Customer Service Manager & Production Support Specialist for a large base of international banks' with a broad spectrum of banking systems. Programme management & budgeting. Developing the EMEA TCOE for Citi including application transition into a single team & adopting global testing standards. Expert in workflow, service integration, interfaces, data migration & transition including providing & reviewing functional specs, high-level design of business process frameworks & new banking products as well as managing development projects & implementing software. Brad’s innovative ideas led him to produce the original design for the Misys award-winning product BankFusion (fusionBanking Essence), a next generation business process & services-oriented core banking solution, which has allowed them to successfully re-compete in the financial software marketplace with new offerings, & revitalize its existing systems for valued customers, & which is also a significant greenfield opportunity for developing new solutions due to its flexible design. Now live in over 70 countries worldwide in various builds. Brad has provided end-to end support to all parties typically involved, & has tested and implemented complex systems. He has documented both technical & end-user functionality including large training manuals. Areas include testing core banking systems including Oracle's Flexcube, & consultancy in SEPA & mass payments performance.
