About Brad Platt

I’m a results-driven executive leader with a strong foundation in electrical engineering and a 20+ year track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth across renewable energy sectors, including geothermal, solar, wind, and energy storage. My career has spanned hands-on field leadership to C-suite-level responsibility, with a proven ability to scale organizations, integrate acquisitions, and lead complex change initiatives with a focus on long-term reliability and value creation. Having led O&M organizations with full P&L ownership, built operational and technical group functions from the ground up, and navigated merger integrations, I operate at the intersection of process discipline, strategic foresight, and authentic leadership. I believe that scalable systems, empowered people, and clarity of purpose are the keys to high-performing teams. Currently exploring opportunities where I can apply my experience as a COO, GM, or platform executive to accelerate growth, optimize operations, and build enduring capability in a mission-driven organization.
