I started my insurance career with CNA Financial in June 2005 as an underwriter, where I developed extensive knowledge in construction and technology insurance, becoming one of the leading experts in the state of Washington in Technology Errors and Omissions, as well as cyber liability, contract review and risk management. Some of the companies to come across his desk were Uber, Facebook, Expedia, Trip Advisor, Concur Technologies, Wave Broadband and others. My career has included working at CNA, The Hartford Insurance Company and Western National Insurance Company. Currently, I am an agent, advocate and partner to those businesses I represent at Agency 801, where I am the lead broker and managing partner; helping my clients around the country avoid the hazards that would limit their insurance markets. I have developed risk management programs for contractors, truckers, tech companies and a wide variety of business owners. I live in the state of Utah with my wife and five kids for the last six years. I consider myself a golfer, an entrepreneur, and an avid fan of Washington State University and the Seattle Seahawks! Things others might not know - my career started as a sports writer for a small newspaper in Central Washington. My stories and photos have appeared in a variety of publications. I have never hit a hole in one, fish are disgusting and so are tomatoes, mushrooms and onions.
