Background
About Brad Roy
I have 30+ years of work experience, performing menial tasks to jobs of the most importance. With each job, I have engaged with the same vigor and dedication, no matter the size. When encountering a job I am not familiar or knowledgeable, I except my short comings, and will do what I must to gain the skills and knowledge to accomplish the task. A man should learn something new every day. I love the challenge and stress of a high paced work environment. Multi-tasking is something I need and crave. I always have too many pokers in the fire. Data collection and analysis, cost savings, maintenance, operational, and sales trends are important to myself. Along with work I have been a firefighter for 20+ years and an EMT for 20+. This takes a lot of my free time, but keeps my mind active. I have been able to partake in some of the most heart wrenching incidents to some of the most heartwarming. That is a little about myself. I would like to tell you how I approach my work duties. Responsibility. Everyone wants a title but few want the responsibility. It's always someone else's job, someone else's fault. I don't believe this. It's my duty to get the job done, to have the tools, equipment, parts, and training for employees to finish the task. My responsibility to ensure the job is completed safely and correctly, and my employees understand it's our dedication to ourselves, family, and coworkers to complete all tasks safely and efficiently. This is how we approach the tasks and missions assigned. My duty and responsibility, in not only the company's best interests, but to each and every employee. Trust. It is my duty to not only gain the trust and dedication of my employees, but that of my superior's. If an employee has an issue, which others may make light of, I need to do my best to assist in relieving those issues. If an employee feels a task, assignment, or area is not completely safe, we must take the steps to alleviate those concerns. Having to deal with inspectors I have gained their trust to know that this is normal and not just when they are on site. If given a task, superiors' can trust it will be completed.
