About Brad Rydalch

My philosophy is,"if you are not 100% excited to go to work, you are not pursuing your passion." I have a huge passion for technology and the many applications it has in the world. I believe that through math, science, technology, and a great team; anything can be accomplished. In my business, I focused everything on my team, our goals, and the customer. It was there I really excelled in problem-solving, time management, and coordinating efforts. I always get excited to begin a project and witness how the finished outcome makes an influence and a purpose for others. Including the new relations that are made and the new knowledge that was gained. On a more personal note about myself. I am a big family man, I enjoy showing my kids fun things with circuits, programming, star wars, marvel, DC, and games. I am always eager to learn from someone or a good book. I usually don't have a lot of free personal time because whenever I do I am usually helping either a neighbor or family member with a project.
