Brad Schneider is the co-founder of 367 Ventures and Origin. In 2007, Brad co-founded Rightpoint which expanded to over 500 team members across 10 offices and earned a reputation as the leading independent customer experience agency. Brad fosters an “intrapreneurial” culture that promotes free-thinking, teamwork and leadership. His pride in employee growth and development has led Rightpoint to be named one of the “Best Places to Work” by Crain’s Chicago Business and a “Top Workplace” by the Chicago Tribune. A finalist in the prestigious EY “Entrepreneur of the Year” award, Brad’s vision for Rightpoint centers on balancing business needs and technology to create digital experiences that amplify brands and improve core business functions. Brad is a “maker” at heart and works hands-on with Rightpoint clients to ensure strategy, usability and world-class creative are at the core of every engagement. Brad also co-founded Wired Matrix, a systems integration firm, which more than quadrupled in size in three years. In 2002, Brad led the successful merger of Wired Matrix with another consulting firm.
