Red Seal Journeyman Steamfitter_ pipefitter and Red Seal Journeyman Welder. Started pipefitting at Zee's Oilfield Services based out of Drumheller Alberta. Worked on picker/crew truck doing oilfield maintenance, plant turnaround's, installing insulating kits/anodes for cathodic protection on wells, etc. I then worked for Prime Boiler Services. Finished my pipefitter/steamfitter ticket at Prime Boiler. Pipefitting/steamfitting experience at Prime boiler installing high pressure and low pressure steam boilers/boiler systems and doing maintenance work. Piped mobile boiler rig shacks as well as installation of high/low pressure boilers in commercial/industrial buildings (food processing facilities, breweries, dairy plants, machine shops, etc.). Experience fitting various sizes and schedules of threaded and welded pipe/spools. Experience with carbon and stainless steels, rolling boiler tubes, and various hand/power tools. Started my welding apprenticeship at Prime Boiler Services. From there worked for Belair Power and Production/ 24/7 Compression building power generator packages, retro work on compressors, and structural welding. Experience with mig welder, stick welding, flux core, rigging, overhead cranes, various lifts (genies/sciccor lifts/JLG/forklift), oxy/acetylene, plasma, etc. Have experience with skid/package layouts, cutting/coping/fitting structural steel and I-beam.
