How do I invest in real estate? Where do I even begin? Is it even possible to create and implement a plan to either begin securing my retirement or create passive cash flow today? Isn’t real estate investing risky? What happens when the real estate market changes? I’m really afraid that I may loose my investments or jeopardize further my current situation. What I do: I am dedicated to collaborating and/or partnering with individuals to create a secure and lower risk way of investing in real estate to help create their needs and desires by: 1. Securing investments priced below market 2. Leveraging real estate to increase the efficiency of money (velocity of money) 3. Lowering the risk of investing by creating risk mitigation strategies I am dedicated in helping others create their own success in real estate investing so they can experience: 1. The benefit of “time” 2. Financial Freedom 3. Successful passive investing 4. Active investing opportunities My Why: 1. I want to bring as many people with me in my journey to financial freedom otherwise it will be a lonely destination. My life is further enriched by helping the person next to me on their journey to their destination. I believe in the concept of “Leave the place nicer then you found it.” There are many out there that will never have the opportunities we have. I believe in dedicating my resources (time and money) to leaving the place nicer than I found it.
