About Brad Simmons

After 27 years in public accounting with Deloitte Tax I am now a sole practitioner providing tax, accounting, and payroll services to businesses and individuals. After leaving public accounting I established a professional services practice. My practice is currently focused on serving the needs of small businesses. While I continue to provide tax services I also have branched off into providing accounting and payroll services to my clients. I'm a true believer in the power of "software as a service" and I've built my practice around various cloud based solutions including QuickBooks, HubDoc, Zoho, DocuSign, ProConnect Tax Online, as well as others. I've also developed a specialty in IRS representation - assisting clients in dealing with their tax issues - primarily in the collections area. I've assisted a number of clients in dealing with their tax debts - including entering into Installment Agreements, compromising tax debts through the Offer In Compromise program, and obtaining relief through Innocent Spouse provisions.
