About Brad Simpson

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Brad is intimately familiar with the city and its diverse neighborhoods. With more than ten years in real estate, including both commercial and residential sales, he understands what it takes to be successful in today’s competitive marketplace.Equipped with a highly analytical skill set and expert negotiating tactics, Brad takes pride in serving a varied and valued clientele of first-time buyers, investors, business managers, and developers. Having previously sold multi-family properties and tenant-in-common commercial assets for high-net-worth investors, he is capable of analyzing many areas and price points in L.A. and has a keen understanding of contract language and the intricacies of the inspection process. Holding fast to the belief that communication is key to a successful transaction, he takes pride in setting a clear intention for his clients’ wants and needs, as well as going above and beyond to exceed their expectations. He also is a member of a Real Estate syndication group that owns and operates multi-family housing throughout greater Los Angeles. Recently became a licensed accredited investor, having passed the Series 65 exam through FINRA.Brad received his Bachelor of Arts degree from a liberal arts college in San Francisco and later completed courses in the Real Estate Certificate program at UCLA. He lives in Santa Monica and is active in the Giveback Homes Charity, which builds housing for families in need. He previously served on the Board of Variety, the Children’s Organization. When he’s not assisting clients, Brad enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and practicing hip-hop yoga. You can also find him on the golf course, at the beach, or frequenting one of his many favorite Italian and sushi spots on the Westside.
