About Brad Smith

I consider myself a well-rounded, detail oriented, experienced technical salesperson who works hard in order to enjoy a rewarding work/life balance. I have many passions in life, but being a dad and husband ranks above all. In my work life, I feel that transparency and honesty is key to a great working relationship, but that also transfers to the home as well. While I'm not working, I enjoy homebrewing, snowboarding, and running charity 5Ks. I even completed my first half marathon over miles from home (at Disney World). Colleagues rely on me to talk sales and tech to an audience of various roles. It's that same transparency that they appreciate, especially when it results in an opportunity win. I feel that has contributed to the accolades I've received from my peers for "going the extra mile". I believe I keep a good sense of humor about most things, and sometimes rely on that to diffuse tense situations. I've held roles in several areas of technology, including help desk, PC tech, Systems Engineer, Server Manager, and eventually into the account management and sales space as a Technical Account Manager and Technical Sales Engineer. In 2017, I was instrumental in bringing in over $1m in sales.
