Organized, curious, and engaging. I have worked in a variety of settings (home/office/studio construction, live performance venues, retail sales and management, business-to-business sales, and corporate offices), and am just as comfortable collecting data at a computer or putting in face-time with clients as I am crawling around in the dirt under a house or dangling in a harness 50ft in the air.Currently (last 8 years), I am managing clients from an array of industries: performing arts and live entertainment, regular attractions like zoos/aquariums/museums, and seasonal attractions like outdoor ice-skating/haunted houses. All clients projects are lead from initiation through closing phases as they meeting their goals related to dynamic pricing. My client retention over this period has been over 95%, and all clients have seen material gains to their bottom line due to this work.Before switching to my current job, I managed a department within a major retail store. During this time, I oversaw 9 employees and their schedules, handled sensitive documents, distributed/collected tills, and was a keyholder to lock-up and set the alarm at the end of each day. My favorite part of this job was finding solutions for customers that either didn't know exactly what they wanted, or couldn't find it.helping them find outside-the-box solutions and making them feel appreciated. I like to help people and find creative solutions to new problems, even if that solution includes compromise or sacrifice in order to deliver great service.
