Starting with Elite Sports Marketing in Australia, Brad was able to establish himself in the event/sports marketing industry before transitioning into hospitality management upon his return to Canada. His experience in high volume restaurants provided him with the skills necessary to create his own hospitality consulting business, Creative Hospitality Solutions. Through this business, Brad has been able to consult, operate, and manage several successful hospitality businesses, ranging from casinos to bars and fine dining establishments. It is clear that his focus on guest-centered management has been a key driver of his success in the industry.
