About Brad Wasson

Brad is President of Business Bridge Inc, co-founded in 2004. Brad was recently an Executive Partner with Gartner, a global company that delivers actionable, objective insight to executives and their teams. Gartner's expert guidance and tools enable faster, smarter decisions and stronger performance on an organization’s mission-critical priorities. Prior to Gartner Brad was the CTO for NeuroAI Inc, responsible for all aspects of the digital solutions in development for the future customers and markets of the startup working in the domain of neurodiversity. NeuroAI's first solution leverages computer vision, large language models, and other AI technologies to help facilitate the assessment of Autism. Brad has extensive experience in the high tech and management consulting domains, including a previous leadership role as the Chief Digital Innovation Officer at NB Power. Brad’s personal approach aligns perfectly with the company's values of integrity and trust. Brad was the Chief Digital Innovation Officer at NB Power for over four years, and was responsible for the IT organization and an innovation team focused on leveraging emerging technologies, innovation processes, enterprise architecture, data science, and digital platforms. Prior to this role Brad was a Director of NB Power's smart grid program and also the Director of Product Development. Brad joined the utility in 2013. Prior to NB Power Brad focused on management consulting for most of his career. He jointly founded Business Bridge Inc. in 2004 and provided consulting services to clients in Ontario and the Atlantic Canada. Brad also worked with Fujitsu Consulting, where he was the IT Service Management Service Lead for their Ontario-Atlantic geography, and worked for Hewlett-Packard on ITSM consulting and as one of HP Consulting’s global knowledge managers, earning a global award of recognition for his work. Among his ITSM work has included the development of service planning and SLM strategies that help transform an IT organization to being able to deliver business-valued services. While with Fujitsu Consulting Brad pioneered work in the integration of Business-Valued Services and Enterprise Value Management strategies. Brad has done extensive public speaking on utility business transformation, IT service management, knowledge and value management, and career development. He has also conducted workshops on digital innovation and has written white papers on various aspects of digital transformation, service management and value management.
