A senior real estate professional with 19 years' funds management experience across the office, industrial, retail, healthcare, social infrastructure, and real estate debt sectors. Broad capabilities include equity origination and distribution, marketing and investor relations, product development and structuring, fund establishment and capital transactions. A proven track record of capital raising across equity channels including HNWs, UHNWs, financial advisers, family offices, superannuation funds and institutions. As the Head of Equity Origination for Australian Unity (AU), was responsible for a successful ~$300m equity raising for the unlisted AU Healthcare Property Trust (~$2bn in FUM), as well as a ~$40m equity raising for a new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) fund. Prior to joining AU, spent 4.5 years at Centuria Capital Group as the Head of Distribution for the unlisted property funds business. Over that period the distribution team raised equity more than $550m across 14 real estate transactions. Held real estate funds management positions at Macquarie Group, Citi, and AXA, in addition to business development roles at 360 Capital Property Group and SCA Property Group. Personable communicator and natural leader with the ability to develop strong and productive relationships with work colleagues, key business stakeholders and sophisticated investors. Holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales.
