About Brad Watts

I am a management specialist with a background in project management. To date my career has been focused on delivery before transitioning into the PMO function where I have found my true passion in influencing organisational strategy to drive results through effective delivery. My strengths lay in problem definition, change management, and benefit management having developed business cases for major programmes and projects in property, business transformation and BAU. Continuous improvement once a problem is solved is an area where I like to make a lasting impact, I find it difficult to leave a squeaky wheel without greasing it. Stakeholder engagement has been a skill which I have developed quickly and has been an asset in working with a diverse range of stakeholders. My focus now is to move into a role that provides a new challenge in the PMO space and take every opportunity available to me. My style is dynamic and influential with a focus on solutions through a collaborative working partnership to achieve successful. Using my previous work experience and particularly lessons learnt, I can offer clear insight into functions and process improvements. I naturally enjoy connecting with people and can be adaptable while thriving in a complex and ever-changing work environment.
