Bradford Consulting (BC) focuses on aiding the swim and activewear manufacturer with their domestic production needs. From costing, sample making, sourcing fabrics and trims through production and delivery. With my consulting services, I act as your "outside"​ production manager. I arrange the cutting, sewing and delivery of your product back to you using my resources of Los Angeles based contractors. I insure quality, adherence to specs and on time delivery by daily visits to the factories. Your company will have total access to all my contractors and suppliers throughout the process. Monthly fees are based on overall volume of product run through the factories. For higher volume customers, we can work on a sliding percentage scale based on the level of production running through the factories. Full package swimwear manufacturing services are also my specialty. From pattern making, first samples, fabric and trim purchasing to ultimately the manufacturing and delivery of your product. A 50% deposit is required before starting any full package services. All of BC's services are tailored to each of our customer's requirements. I have 30 plus years of manufacturing, costing and sourcing experience in the Los Angeles swimwear industry and have a strong domestic contractor following. Please message or call with any questions. A third facet of BC's services is finished goods inspections. If your company produces product domestically in the Southern California area I can do finished goods AQL inspections before the goods are shipped to you as well as doing spot checks for quality in-line before it's finished. Or, if you import your product from off shore, I can provide the QC inspections of the finished product at your warehouse or distribution center, whichever is more convenient.
