This means more than just driving numbers; it’s about leading across sales, operations, and tech, and working hand-in-hand with industry players—RIAs, broker-dealers, sponsors—to make alternative investments more accessible and transparent. This vision guides everything from data implementation to process automation, allowing me to build trust and expand influence beyond the sale.Before AIX, my years at FS Investments taught me the art of scaling fast without compromising on innovation. When I joined as CIO, the firm was at $2 billion in assets; by the time I left, we’d reached $24 billion. My team and I introduced data science, predictive analytics, and streamlined digital strategies—transforming our firm’s approach to technology. Working as the firm’s Chief Information Security Officer, I also developed the information security strategy, partnering with leaders across financial services to set industry standards.As President & CEO of BankersEdge, I combined my passion for strategic growth and my focus on results. Nearly doubling our client base and transforming profitability were some of my proudest achievements. In leading BankersEdge to a successful exit, I experienced what it takes to build a thriving brand, establish lasting client relationships, and create a culture that people want to be a part of.Whether overseeing person teams or launching niche business units, I’ve thrived on creating organizational alignment simplifying inherently complex things. I’ve found that the magic lies in the details—building out internal systems, refining P&L management, and designing workflows that empower every level of the organization to work together seamlessly.I approach each new venture with the goal of building not only a business, but a resilient, connected organization.
