About Brad White

I love helping teams be successful. This passion goes all the way back to high school when I was captain of the wrestling team and president of our auto club, leading and teaching others how to push past what they perceived were their limits in order to overcome obstacles. I believe this is a worthy goal for anyone in leadership. I’m also curious and like to learn, which keeps me from being set in ‘old ways’ of thinking and acting. Being the tip of the spear for change has never intimidated me. We don’t grow as people, professionals, or organizations without willingness to learn and change. Combining these strengths helped me quickly learn 3D design practices, which I used to transition a former employer from 2D to 3D CAD, leading to reduced manufacturing rework. I have led a Global Engineering Department in a collaborative effort to standardize practices and processes for resource sharing and chaired a Global Engineering Standards Board to implement Model Based Engineering practices. I currently manage a global IT department charged with supporting our corporation’s digital transformation. Throughout my career, the most rewarding aspect of my work is seeing people grow and find fulfillment while contributing to their employer’s success.
