Over my 40 year career I’ve shown how to create successful result generating and winning organizations by getting the most from my global and cross cultural teams. During my time at Eastman Chemical developed a manager coaching program along with mentoring sales leaders to improve overall organizational performance. At IHS Markit/S&P, worked with my direct reports and selected high potential employees to help them manage, coach and develop the overall organization. Success in taking high potential individual contributors up to vice president & global leader level over a 7 year period. I provide guidance, sound board and accessible discussion time with those who are committed to succeed in their current or next roles.
