About Braden Gray

Design thinking is applicable to more than just built environments but to people and the programs that we offer. Pedagogy, learning, development, motivation and community are all complex challenges of the human condition that need tailored and specific approaches for them to be addressed effectively. Passion is another critical component, without it; any design challenge faced lacks direction and specificity. My interest lies in developing comprehensive solutions for individuals, programs, communities and families that further their passions, both from a personal and a built perspective. Buildings are fantastic tools, but are only part of the process. People, program and environment all contribute to the success of an individual, and their passion. In addition to working at multiple architecture firms across the world and adopting design practices that tap into the cultural and personal motivations of people, I have also worked at a number of sporting programs. I have redesigned their spaces, programs and the way people interact with each other and their surroundings to be more productive, but more importantly; to be more passionate.
