As a Production Team Lead at Gibson Brands, Inc, I oversee the quality and efficiency of the guitar pickup manufacturing process. I have more than two years of experience in this role, and I have a high school diploma from Auburn High School. I have strong problem solving and organization skills, which help me to ensure the inventory accuracy and the customer satisfaction of our products. I also have a passion and an expertise in guitar pickups, which I developed during my previous stint as an Operations Specialist at Guitar Center, where I handled the shipping and receiving of guitar parts and accessories. I enjoy working with a talented and diverse team of guitar enthusiasts, and I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques to improve our production and performance.
