About Bradford Bates

I've worked in the customer service industry for over ten years. I started out with face to face interactions working as a golf professional, booking times, helping members, teaching lessons, organizing tournaments, and managing a outside service team. I moved on to fraud prevention at Bank of America where I started out on the phones taking calls, moved on to escalations, training, and finally team leadership. When I joined Charles Schwab I became a licensed Broker passing my series seven and sixty-three exams. During my time with Schwab I have enjoyed training in several areas Schwab Brokerage, Active Trader, Schwab Bank, and now in operations. The one thing that can set any business or organization apart is the way it interacts and treats their clients. This starts with leadership promoting the kind of environment that can produce these experiences for clients. That is what I work to bring out in people everyday the ability to focus on client satisfaction while also address business functionality and needs. Eliminating road blocks to produce results for our clients and our business. Also as a side project I am about to release my First short story follow by a full length book.
