Bradley Albin leads the entity level US tax practice at US Tax and Financial Services in London and advises multinational clients on US tax aspects of international structures and reorganizations and provides tax-planning alternative in both US inbound and outbound contexts. He works with other advisors in supporting start-up companines that want to establish a presence in the United States. Bradley also advises US and non-US investors of the US tax consequences of investing in US or Non-US private equity funds, hedge funds, and other alternative vehicles. In addition, Bradley manages large US income tax compliance projects for European based private equity funds. Bradley participates in the firm's Management Group and is responsible for developing firm strategy and workplace procedures. In addition, he coordinates the firm's US entity level tax practice and assists in its growth through personal marketing and recruiting efforts. Bradley is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
