Bradley Blalock is a very skilled somatic arts massage therapist, teacher and musician with 27 years professional experience as an LMT (USA/AZ) and over 1400 hours of education in several advanced integrative bodywork modalities including; Classical Swedish, various Deep Tissue styles (trigger point therapy, connective tissue, Hanna Somatic Re-Education, Sports Massage AKA Injury Recovery, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Facilitated Stretching, Craniosacral, TMJ Release (VERY effective for releasing tension in the jaw), Reiki & Aromatherapy. This year he completed a special herbal whisking/massage/sauna/bath treatment with the Lithuanian Bath Academy. Massage therapy provides one of the most recuperative benefits to the ravages of stress and clients very often report relief from pain and/or greater ease in movement. Bradley also incorporates teacher trainings in Somatic Expression and Dharma Yoga to facilitate holistic body/mind awareness, recuperation and expression for well-being. He is also available for teaching and to create live improvised music accompaniment (vocals, percussion, and piano) for dance and film. He is also a healthy cook utilizing those skills to develop a superfood franchise and as a direct caregiver doing home visits.
