I am currently working within the E-Commerce Operations Team at Louis Vuitton Client Services in Brussels. I have a good insight into client facing operations and I am able to overcome any issues with a positive, and solution-based attitude. My communication skills are apparent throughout various employment opportunities, and I pride myself on being able to liaise with clients globally, with many choosing to converse with me primarily due to relationships that have been built. I consider myself to be an active, and approachable, member of the teams that I have had the pleasure of working with, assisting my colleagues with knowledge that I have collected during my roles, and learning from their experiences. I am solution driven and work well in a multifaceted environment which can be shown throughout my roles within LV; managing client issues whilst focusing on quality and sales, in my previous employment in IT creating new procedures which made processes faster and more user friendly, and in construction where autonomous solutions to issues were solved alongside the architectural team.
