I’m a tech-driven problem solver with a passion for data analysis, cloud technologies, and program management. My career journey has taken me through customer service, operations, logistics, and administrative roles, where I developed strong skills in communication, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Now, I’m leveraging those experiences as I transition into the world of data and technology. Currently, I’m a student at the Microsoft Software & Systems Academy (MSSA), gaining hands-on experience in Python, Power BI, T-SQL, Azure, and Agile methodologies, along with Azure AI Fundamentals as part of my coursework. I’m also expanding my technical knowledge through projects and courses like 100 Days of Python, applying data analytics and automation to real-world scenarios. I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where I can break down complex problems, streamline workflows, and drive meaningful impact.
