About Bradley Hall

I was born and raised in Gaffney SC and after graduating from the University of South Carolina Upstate, with a BA in Business Management and Administration, I began my career in operations management with Waffle House Inc. in the Henderson County NC area. After 4 years of growth and development within the food industry, I decided to pursue my true passion-infused career path, Real Estate. My interest was sparked at the early age of 10 when I began cutting grass for multiple single-family real estate properties for a well-established, real estate company in Gaffney SC. I took pride in making sure that the properties for sale looked like someone would want to call them ‘home’. After becoming a graduate of The Wyatt Real Estate Institute, I followed my purpose by launching my career in real estate with Modern Realty Consultants, where I served as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion (certified through At Home with Diversity - AHWD). During the last 5½ years with Modern, my passion continued to be fueled as I grew and increased my customer base, which quickly became a part of my extended family. I believe in working with others to create a positive, customer-centered experience in each journey to home ownership that I am fortunate enough to be involved in throughout the Upstate and surrounding region of SC. While working with Modern, I was recognized as Top Agent for my brokerage for 2022 and I am in the top 10% of realtors in my association. I bring a strong work ethic, uncompromising values, and integrity to all that I do personally and professionally and as I transition to Akers and Associates, I am excited about my opportunity to positively impact others and discover real estate solutions for individuals and families throughout the communities we serve.
