Hello! My name is Bradley Hansen and currently I work as a Research Team Lead for Burlington Coat Factory's Distribution Center. As of today writing this I have been a leader at this company for 2 years. My responsibility as a Research Team Lead consist of driving results by finding and analyzing weak points in the distribution center to reduce and prevent "shrink" or loss of money within the company's four walls. My achievements with this company have been helping with coaching employees so we can minimize money losses within the company, writing guides for employees to better understand not only the "what" but also the "why" of the correct processes, and I help gather data to analyze how to minimize money loss. I have great communication skills. I am patient above all else and can empathize with someone when teaching and coaching them. I am clear and concise when giving intstructions. I love to help people by coaching and teaching them the propper ways of things.
