I am a product manager and engineer that has worked across many industries and product disciplines. I am hyper-focused on customer empathy and experience which has led to high customer satisfaction and exceptional business results. Products I have worked on have included both B2B and B2C, including mobile-based controls and vehicle information, virtual assistant implementation, machine-learning based automation and suggestion platforms, and materials technologies. For any product I am involved with, I am extremely passionate and collaborative, putting in the extra effort to "get it done". My free time is often spent learning new skills to further my success in industry. This ranges from learning new software applications to learning about modern market trends, product success techniques, and product growth strategies. Apart from my career focused free time activities, I am a father and husband and spend a lot of time with my family. I also play a variety of instruments, hike, and enjoy many aspects of motorsports.
