About Bradley Morgan

I'm a Lord of the Rings obsessed, multi-passionate, eccentric, and endlessly curious individual who believes in the magic of combining big-picture thinking with the people-power of a collaborative, team-first attitude. Encouraging autonomy and nurturing self-belief are at the core of my leadership philosophy. When we create an environment of trust and authenticity, we remove barriers to success and create space for continuous improvement and growth. While I wear the marketer's hat, I've ventured into a myriad of roles - from crafting brand identities to juggling corporate strategies, from managing social media to (attempting to) master the art of proposal writing. To me, being Multi-Passionate means I get to be exposed to a variety of roles, processes, and problems that may require idiosyncratic solutions. I thrive when I'm continuously learning and connecting dots that lead to direct value for my coworkers, clients, and end-users. And now, three random facts about me: I'm a fake cowboy. I wear my cowboy hat as often as I can, but I'm terribly allergic to horses. I was raised with dogs but am now a converted cat-dad. And my celebrity crush is Henry Cavill (duh).
