As a detail-oriented, growth-focused Compliance Rep with extensive expertise in the healthcare insurance industry. I have experience assessing and reporting policy and procedure and make sure this is carried throughout the Member Relations department over our Medicaid and CHIP lines of business. I report on our handling of member complaints, appeals and grievances, bi-lingual language interpreter services, TTY services and maintenance of all standard of procedure documents for our Member Relations department. My previous experience included business analyst for the Medicare and CHIP lines of business; conducting claims audits, reporting on member enrollment, member appeals, and customer service agents to assure regulatory compliance while effectively reducing turnaround times and enhancing customer satisfaction. By proactively identifying potential problems and formulating effective solutions, I continue to enable achievement of departmental objectives. Over the course of my career, I have gained a reputation for cultivating and fostering strong professional relationships with staff, managers, and stakeholders while establishing an amiable, synergetic work atmosphere. Being highly organized allows me to effortlessly balance multiple competing priorities within fast-paced environments and seamlessly transition from one task to the next.
