About Bradley Pennypacker

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, I took a leap of faith by joining the U.S. Air Force — a decision that not only shaped my career but helped me exceed every aspiration I had for myself. After proudly serving as a Master Sergeant, I am now transitioning to the private sector, entering one of the most challenging yet exciting chapters of my life. With a passion for logistics, and information technology, I’ve built a career rooted in leadership, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement. Over the years, I’ve been entrusted with increasing levels of responsibility — from being mentored to mentoring others, leading teams from the front lines to strategic management roles. I’m a logistics management professional with a proven track record of success, recognized through numerous awards and decorations while serving. I’ve managed high-tempo operations, coordinated complex logistics planning, and driven improvements that ensured mission success. My strengths include effective time management, sharp problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong communication skills that allow me to connect with individuals at every level. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, hiking, traveling, and diving into all thing's electronics & information technology. I thrive when solving problems, building connections, and ensuring the mission — no matter what it is — keeps moving forward.
